For this project I first wanted to generate the entire composition as a single illustration, where I worked on each of the characters and the different situations within the space, thinking about the final camera movements and animations.

Edson Velandia is, by far, one of the best contemporary musicians in Colombia. Between Andean folklore and rock, he has created a style full of humor and images of a country that is not seen on television. "Flor morena" is one of his favorite songs, originally recorded on the debut of his band Velandia y La Tigra, Once Rasqas, and was the inspiration we gave to visual artist David Betancourt to create this animation.
The result is as overwhelming and surreal as the mountains of Santander.
